"Bonus rules are kind of frustrating"
I took a bonus and then, found out there were a lot more limits on my account than I expected. Support was okay, I guess, and they did respond, but the rules still felt a bit unfair to me. I’m not sure I’d take a bonus again.
"Helpful support, but nobody seemed to own the issue"
I’m giving 3 stars because support did eventually help me out, but it took longer than I expected. The person who replied was polite and answered my question, so I can’t complain about that part. What was frustrating is that it wasn’t really clear who was actually handling the issue or taking ownership of it. It felt like I was just waiting around without knowing if someone was actively working on it. Overall, the help was fine in the end, but the response time and accountability could definitely be better.

"Laggy and frustrating to use"
A friend recommended this platform to me, so I was hoping for a smoother experience, but it ended up being frustrating. It kept lagging, and the charts froze on me several times, which made it hard to actually use without getting annoyed.

"Works fine so far, but I’m still a bit cautious"
I’ve used RaceOption a little and the platform itself has been okay for me. Trades load fine and I haven’t had any major issues using it. My main hesitation is still the regulation side of things. I asked support about it and they basically said something like, “we operate under our company policies and client security is important to us,” which is good to hear, but it didn’t really answer who exactly oversees them. I’m not calling it a scam or anything, I’d just feel a lot better if the company made that information clearer before I decided to deposit more money.

"raceoption = BS, SCAM, TRASH"
Raceoption is COMPLETE BS, total trash. I traded using my own funds for about six months. Started with about $600 and got that account to $3600. When I attempted to withdraw. They made a verification (Photo ID and a call) then started the withdrawal process. 3-4 months in they accuse me of FRAUD! I sent all the information that 100% PROVED I made no fraud AT ALL. They said that the best they could do is a partial return of $1.2k (out of $3.6k). Its been over a year since then. Now its been almost 18 months and nothing even though I have been sending 1-4 emails per month. These people are the definition of a SCAM. If you're thinking of investing with them, DON'T! You'll lose your money, even when you're good at trading.
